Network Success
To be successful in network marketing, you need 5 success elements. If one is missing, you will be impaired. You cannot run to get your goal. In many cases it will shut down your business.
Most business startups fail in the first year. Network marketing is no exception.
We will review these 5 elements:
- Product/Service
- Company
- Support System
- Led by proven, successful distributors.
- Contain significant group of distributors. This shows that the system is working.
- Tangible professional marketers such as education materials, tapes, organized meeting, selected coaching session, and large group celebration.
- Sponsorship System
- Yourself!
The products and/or service have to be strong. Ideally these products are the result of long and proven research and development. They must appeal to the best interest of people.
In the example of food supplements, the product claim has to be validated. Although the claim is not in the class of drug benefit, it must support the claim to be special and very beneficial.
When distributors consume it, they feel the product is really excellent. Then it becomes natural that distributors would not only promote it, but also advocate its benefit.
The marketing company has to be strong and proven for at least 5 years. Not only has it passed first year, it also has to pass 5 years. Remember, only 1% of new businesses survive the first 5 years.
You would find this company because it offers genuine long term partnership with its distributors. Real company will encourage its distributors to be successfull without too much red tapes.
The right company will offer marketing plan that is generous to its distributors and provide sufficient flexibility to develop business. If you find lots of restrictions and inhuman sales target, skip that company.
Do not forget support system. This is not only your administration support but also your business school. You should look at several characters of good support systems including but not limited to:
Sponsorship system deals with how a new distributor is recruited into network. It is important because you will find what works and what doesn't. Many times distributors with right company and right support system cannot develop their business because their sponsorship system is limited.
Excellent sponsorship system sometimes compensate several drawbacks of marketing company and support system. Distributors with restrictive marketing plan can be successful in the right sponsorship system.
Even an excellent marketing plan tends to make its distributors "lazy" since no much penalty applied. With the right sponsoring system, it will turbo charge your business.
Last but not least. Your success depends on you. Even you have everything in your product, company, support system and sponsoring sysytem, you hardly succeed if you do not have any strong desire to succeed. This goes back to the fundamental of home business success as outlined in the ebook.
If you have all key elements set nicely in your business, you are ready to accelerate your business. This sign is visible when you are on the right track. It becomes easier to bring people to the network. No wonder that the explosion in your network is logical consequence.
Granted, you should evaluate very hard if your business is rather slow. Probably one or two of your key elements are weak.
